 CHF 1,000 is enough to fully equip a football team of 20 young people with shirts, shoes, balls, ball pump, whistle, training equipment and a first-aid kit. Double the amount and the young people will also receive a warm meal after every team waste collection during a whole year. |
 A donation of CHF 600 covers the costs of 30 big waste containers for the slum community Sonewein in Monrovia where 30,000 people live. CHF 4,500 pays a year’s worth of emptying the 60 waste containers and removing the waste on lorries from the densely populated communities Clara Town and Old Road in Monrovia. |
 With a contribution of CHF 3,000, a culture team of 20 young people can be set up; the team sensitises Monrovia’s population for the waste problem through music, dance and drama, so that pictures like the one above will belong to the past. This amount covers the costs for instruments and appearances for 3 years. |
